Xiong Houjin,
one of the most renowned Chinese Contemporary Qigong masters, the
twenty-fourth patriarch of Traditional Chinese ancient
TaiShang-Tianyuan-Dan Qigong method, is famous not only for his
extraordinary Qigong
power on both external and internal Qigong, his profound knowledge of
culture and medicine, his advanced martial art skills, but also for his
self-denying spirit, unparallel efforts and achievements in exploring
advanced Traditional Qigong from a modern scientific perspective. Being born
in a family practicing Tao from generation to generation in Hubei
Province, China in 1948,then, at his very young age, he was chosen by
masters
to practice Qigong and martial arts. In 1964,he began his medical training
in Nanjing Medical University, and after graduation, entered the
Consonancy Hospital in Qiao Kou District ,Wuhan Qiaokou City where
engaging in surgical and Traditional- Chinese –Medicine clinical work, at
the same time, held the chief post of the hospital. In 1991,He started
preaching Tao according to orders, imparting the secret method of
practicing ancient Chinese Qigong, acting as the chief of Traditional
Chinese Mental and Physical Recovery Institute, the permanent member of
Hubei Qigong Science Research Council, compiler of Hubei Traditional
Chinese medicine magazine agency, and director of Traditional Chinese
medicine section, assistant director of Western medicine section, and
being awarded the professional title of “Grand Qigong healing
Master”.
He is known as “The
Wonder Doctor”, called as “CT” and nuclear magnetic instrument, (means
working up the patients accurately only by Qigong, not by equipment) world
widely and thousands of patients from all over the world came to him for
help because he has extremely practice in difficult and often terminal
diseases of internal medicine,
and surgery, pediatrics, gynecology, and importantly, the especial
diagnostic technique with latent functions and energies. Dr.Xiong is
with
profound
knowledge of Dan science, longevity science, Convalesce science, Fengshui,
Chou Yi, the Eight-Diagrams, advanced skills on both Traditional Chinese
medicine and western medicine, acupuncture and moxibustion, and martial
arts, the exceptional insight on Feng-shui reconnaissance and survey,
choosing address for offices and houses, naming companies and individuals,
forecasting the good or ill luck, destiny, furthermore, he can help the
virtuous turn ill luck into good, Changing disasters into the
auspicious. He
founded the Chinese Xuan Ling Qigong and firstly gave it name as “The
Internal Workshop on Taoist Art of Internal Qigong”, later, In
1991,changed it as “Chinese
Xuan Ling Qigong”, which was formally approved by Chinese Research Center
Hubei Branch with No.9 Document, E Qi Word Research. He subsequently
established “Chinese Xuan Ling Qigong Research Center in Hu Bei”, and in
1995,he changed the name as “Chinese Xuan Ling cultivating and practicing
Science”, focusing on the internal research and deliberation and developed
serious of trainings and researches by teaching, instructing,
answering the questions of the disciples himself
for the basic classes, the primary classes, the middle classes and the
senior classes. He coaches the disciples to
practice and demonstrate with great concentration and the disciples
were spread all over the world and 30,000 of them cultivate and practice
regularly and achieved great accomplishment. “Institute for Traditional
Chinese Physical and Mental Health” was found in 1996 after being approved
by the Public Health Department, the Educational Department and the
Scientific Department of Hubei Province. Dr.Xiong Houjin acted as the
Chief and taught Traditional Chinese medicine combining with Qigong and
trained professional teachers. On the basis of basic teaching, he held the
middle and high –rank workshops 25 times in succession in a number of
cities in China including Jiujiang, Xi’an, Chongqing, Wendeng, Jilin,
Dalian, Lanzhou, Xi’ning, Wuhan, etc. with over 500 students each time,
the rate of spontaneous Bi’gu is over 90% and achieved good effect.
Various kind
of difficult
and often terminal diseases had been cured or improved efficiently, and
now there are over 1,000 students have achieved the level of “Small Dan”,
several hundred of them have achieved the level of “Big Dan”, which
created miracles on practice history, and countless doctors on
Traditional Chinese medicine with internal Gong and talents on
extrasensory
functions had been trained successfully. Dr.Xiong perfectly combined the experience of healing and teaching
techniques both singly and commonly with the essence of Traditional
Chinese Culture and formed his practicing system of theory and method,
which includes not only Traditional TianYuan-Dan method but also the soul
of Traditional Taoist philosophy, and covers body, physiology, ethnics,
psychology, channels science on practicing, external environment science,
Ying-Yang and five elements theory, Tai Ji and Xuan Ji theory, Health
preserving theory on Traditional Chinese medicine, Traditional Recovery
theory, theory of universe and celestial bodies etc. The works of Dr.Xiong
includes Theory and Method of practicing Xuan Ling Gong, Basic
Qigong, Primary Qigong, Middle rank Qigong, Senior
Qigong, Taoist Medicine and many other reference material total
about 2,000,000 words. Dr.
Xiong not only is with great attainment on Medicine and Qigong, but also
accomplished in Computer. His dedication for humanity makes him give up all rest and
playtime to work. He always operates all the procedures of making teaching
VCD for his disciples in person from designing, making, computerizing
three-dimensional cartoon to clone CD. He has made a whole set of VCD from
the basic to high rank to meet the needs of teaching in Europe. His
self-giving dedication is a good example to all his disciples, and even to
humanity. On Agu.5th, 2001,Mr Xiong attended the academic research and exchange on Traditional Chinese medicine and Qigong at the invitation of the European Academy on Traditional Chinese medicine science and Traditional Chinese medicine. His outstanding medical technology and extraordinary Qigong power is thought highly by the Clerical Office of Berlin Municipal Government and he was persuaded to stay to attend the activities about Traditional Chinese medicine, Qigong and Health of the Asia-Pacific Culture Week. In the period in Berlin, at the urgent request of the many Qigong fans and patients, he’s voluntary to teach some methods of Traditional Chinese Xuan Ling Qigong to them, a large number of patients with difficult and often terminal diseases were either cured or significantly improved after treating by his Qi-emitting techniques, therefore he was received favorable comments. Especially on 17,Sep. during the lecture held in one of the foremost hospital in Germany--Hospital attached to Hongburg University, Dr. Xiong emitted the external Qi to induce and excite the latent functions and energies and to affect unimaginable changes in human bodies, showed the diagnostic technique with special functions while he taught the general principles and methods of Qigong being easily to induce the special functions of the audience. The lecture was very successfully and reported on a special topic by the news program of the TVB at that night. On Sep.22, At the Clerical Office of Berlin Municipal
Government--Red Building, Dr. Xiong held two academic report conferences
with hundreds of audiences including these whose illness were healed over
as a miracle after listening last lecture and came again. He was asked to
vouchsafe the good fortune, world and universe peace to the participators,
and to human being. Dr. Xiong was accorded a cordial reception during his
stay in Germany, at the same time; he deeply felt the thirsty for
true Chinese Qigong of German Qigong fans and patients. Some of them
heartily asked him to stay and some companies hoped that he could serve
them with Qigong. Therefore, he accepted the friendly invitation and help,
purchasing the Leimeng Co. of Germany together with his disciple--Mr. Zhang
Aijun , founding the European-Chinese Qigong Institute for Mental
and Physical Health, completing
all the legal formalities ,and being notarized by lawyers. He’s
going to dedicate to the health of people all over the world through
spreading this beneficial Qigong form. We
wish Xuan Ling Qigong can be carried forward, humanity’s future be better,
and the International spirit shines forever. |
